WHY THE AUBURN LION'S CLUB?
Membership in the Auburn Lions Club has many advantages:
FRIENDSHIP AND FELLOWSHIP -- You will be able to associate and work with a great group of people. Our members are interested in helping their community and each other.
EDUCATION -- Our club educates its members by presenting programs about important things happening in the Auburn Community. Last year, our club heard from community leaders (e.g., U.S. Representative Mike Rogers, Auburn Mayor Bill Hamm, and Circuit Court Judge Richard Lane) at its weekly lunch meetings. We also learned about local and university sports from area coaches such as Auburn University swim team coach David Marsh and women's basketball coach Nell Fortner.
NETWORKING -- By joining the Club, you will meet other people in your community from all walks of life and professions.
HELPING OTHERS -- Most importantly, you will be able to make a difference in your community by joining the Auburn Lions Club. We take seriously the Lions' motto: WE SERVE.
